Entrepreneurship Center and Incubator Project

The City of Sacramento Economic Development Department is requesting the submittal of proposals from qualified firms or individuals, to complete a comprehensive feasibility study on the potential of developing an entrepreneurship center and incubator, to be located in the Del Paso Heights Neighborhood.  This entrepreneurship center and incubator will be designed with the intention of serving the needs of low and moderate income individuals from underserved communities.  More information on this opportunity can be found by clicking here.

Health-Based Economic Development Strategic Planning

With the Support of Kaiser Permanente, SEED Corporation is in the process of developing a Health Based Economic Development Strategic Plan. Because of the challenges in the community, SEED Corporation is laser focused on health as a critical component to its economic development and revitalization strategy. The project will focus specifically on the communities of North Sacramento (95815) and Del Paso Heights (95838).

Urban Economic Development and Entrepreneurship Internship Program

The SEED Corporation’s Urban Economic Development and Entrepreneurship Internship Program is the first program of its kind in the city to integrate scholarly works with private, government, academic, and non-profit sectors to develop citywide resources and bring renewed economic growth and revitalization to underserved communities. Request for Expression of Developer Interest (RFI)

The City of Sacramento is seeking a mixed-use or retail development project for the key intersection of Marysville Boulevard and Grand Avenue in the Del Paso Heights neighborhood.  This Request for Expression of Developer Interest has been extended and will be open until qualified projects have been identified.  To request a copy of the RFI please email vasmith@cityofsacramento.org.
